Our verified employer system requires employers to go through an approval process before their jobs are visible to job seekers. This is one of the core ways we differ from generic job boards.

No screening process is perfect. Career Bridgeway does not guarantee:

• Employer legitimacy
• Job legitimacy
• User authenticity
• Interview safety
• Employment outcomes

Always exercise your own judgment and due diligence when applying for jobs or communicating with employers.

If any employer on Career Bridgeway asks you to do any of the above, report them immediately and do not comply.

Before attending any interview arranged through Career Bridgeway:

• Verify the company exists independently — search their website, LinkedIn, and public records
• Research the employer before sharing personal documents
• For in-person interviews, meet in publicly accessible business locations
• Inform a trusted contact of the interview details — time, location, and employer name
• Exercise reasonable caution with video interviews — verify the interviewer's identity

Report the following immediately using the Report button on any job listing or employer profile:

• Fraudulent or fake job postings
• Employers impersonating legitimate companies
• Harassment from employers or other users
• Scam attempts of any kind
• Requests for payment or sensitive information
