By accessing or using Career Bridgeway, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users including job seekers, employers, and visitors. Additional terms apply to employers and are included in the Employer Responsibilities section below.

Career Bridgeway is a technology platform that connects employers and job seekers. Career Bridgeway is not:

• An employer or staffing agency
• A recruiting or employment agency
• A guarantor of employment or job offers

We provide the tools and infrastructure. Hiring decisions, workplace conditions, and employment relationships are entirely between employers and job seekers.

Job postings on Career Bridgeway are provided by third-party employers. We do not guarantee that postings are accurate, current, legitimate, available, or lawful. Users must independently verify all opportunities before accepting any offer.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• All activities conducted through their account
• Notifying Career Bridgeway immediately of any unauthorized access

One account per individual or company is permitted for the basic platform tier. Team member access is available as a paid subscription feature.

Employers agree that all information posted on Career Bridgeway will be accurate, truthful, lawful, and non-discriminatory.

Employers may not:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Collect applicant information for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent employment opportunities or compensation
• Request illegal payments from applicants
• Conduct scams of any kind
• Engage in discrimination prohibited by applicable law

Employers agree to protect applicant information and use it only for legitimate employment purposes, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Career Bridgeway operates a verified employer system. Employers must complete an approval process before their job listings are visible to job seekers. Verification badges indicate that an employer has passed our review process — they do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that employer's conduct.

Career Bridgeway reserves the right to revoke verification, restrict listings, or suspend accounts at any time if an employer is found to be acting in bad faith or violating these Terms.

Users may not use Career Bridgeway to:

• Commit fraud or impersonate others
• Post misleading or unlawful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Scrape or systematically extract platform data
• Circumvent security controls or access restrictions
• Spam users or send unsolicited communications
• Conduct phishing activities
• Engage in trafficking, exploitation, or any illegal activity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

Users retain ownership of content they submit — resumes, profiles, job postings, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant Career Bridgeway a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and process that content as necessary to operate the platform.

You represent that you have the right to submit all content you provide and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

All Career Bridgeway trademarks, branding, designs, software, and platform content are owned by Career Bridgeway LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Career Bridgeway intellectual property without written permission.

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, submit a notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its location
• Your contact information
• A good-faith statement that use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act

Career Bridgeway may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Users may also close their accounts at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Career Bridgeway services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Bridgeway shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• $100; or
• Amounts paid by you to Career Bridgeway during the previous 12 months

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
